Terms of Use - ORIGINAL SAMPLES

All compositions included in “Original Samples” are original musical works created by fdavibes and are NOT royalty free.

By purchasing and using these samples, you are allowed to:

• Use the compositions in your own productions
• Release music commercially on streaming platforms
• Monetize your music
• Chop, manipulate, rearrange and creatively transform the material

Please note that:

• fdavibes remains co-author of the original compositions used
• Publishing splits must be properly registered when releasing music containing the samples
• The samples cannot be resold, redistributed or used in other sample packs/library products
• Major label releases, sync placements or large commercial opportunities may require direct clearance and additional agreements
